Structure 

Reversible hammer crusher is composed of rotor, body, regulating mechanism and other main parts. The motor drives the rotor through V belt (or direct) drive, and the discharge port is designed with no shelter. The rotor is composed of the main shaft, the end plate, the baffle plate, the hammer pin and the hammer head. The hammer head is hung on the hammer pin, which is installed on the end plate and the partition plate, and the end plate and the partition plate are fixed on the main shaft with flat keys and nuts.

Reversible Hammer Crusher structure

The crusher body is composed of frame, toothed plate, supporting plate, lining plate and other main parts. The tooth plate is installed on the supporting plate, one end of the supporting plate is suspended on the shaft seat of the rack by a shaft, and the other end is connected with the adjusting mechanism. The lining plate is installed on the inner wall of both sides of the frame to protect the frame from wear. The tooth plate and the movement track of the hammer head constitute a crushing chamber.

The adjusting mechanism is composed of adjusting pad, adjusting shaft, screw and other parts, which is used to adjust the gap between tooth plate and hammer head.

Working principle

This series crusher uses the pure collision principle to break the material. The specially designed crushing tooth plate, crushing chamber and the kinetic energy of the rotary hammer are designed to achieve the best match. The material falling from the center of the inlet is first struck to the broken tooth plate by the rotating hammer, and then bounced to the hammer head or other broken tooth plate by the tooth plate. The material bounces back and forth in the crushing chamber, and in the bouncing process collide with each other, and is crushed step by step. Material after reaching the design size is out of the bottom of the crusher. The granularity of the discharge is achieved by adjusting the gap between the tooth plate and the rotary hammer
