Working principle

The motor of sieve shaker machine drives the gear through the synchronous belt to the main shaft, after the gear change the main shaft rotates according to the required speed, the main shaft drives the eccentric wheel to make the skateboard reciprocating motion, driving the test sieves installed in the skateboard tray to shake around, while the main shaft drives the top rod gear to rotate, the top rod gear move the top rod through the cam after the change speed. The top rod makes the hammer up and down the test sieves cover, so that the test screen, sample screen material reciprocating and vibration, so that less than the standard test screen material particles into the lower test screen, so layers of screening, so that each layer of test screen only the same size of the material, to achieve the separation of different sizes and determine the size of the material composition.

Operating instructions

1. The motor rotation direction must be in the direction pointed by the arrow (three-phase motor) (because of the use of CAM jacking rod, the direction will be locked, unable to rotate).
2. Check the motor rotation direction method: start the rod before starting, then start, check the motor rotation direction, if not, can be the two phase of the three-phase exchange wire and try again. Make sure the direction is correct before normal use.
3. The equipment must be fixed before operation. The device is fixed with anchor screws and can be fixed on the cement floor with expansion screws.
4. Installation test sieves: loosen the tray fastening screws, move the tray downward, load the standard test screen (sample screen, standard screen) loaded with materials, then lift the tray to the appropriate position, tighten the fastening screws, cover the clamshell, put down the hammer iron, set the time to open the machine. Using 100, 75 jig can use the corresponding size of the screen, special size can be customized.
5. The device is equipped with a timing device, users can adjust the use of time, when the boot automatically stop. Set the first two digits to minutes and the last two digits to seconds. Users can adjust the running time according to their needs.
