Automatic Filter Press
Fully Automatic Filter Press is mainly adopted for the mining industry to filter the concentration and tailings. It is also for the hydrometallurgy company to filter and washing the leaching material.

Our Solution: we recommend client 1500-450 fliter press with 113 pcs of plates, Filter Area: 450 M2, Filter Volume: 7.87 M3. The cake moisture is 20~25%
2, Copper Concentration Filtration
Client requirements: Filter material is copper concentrate (sulfide ore), solid particle D80=30 microns, feed pulp solid concentration: 55~60%. Slurry PH=11~12. Cake Moisture demand: less than or equal to 10%. The client want to adopt the filter press with plate size of 1500x1500mm, and plate quantity is 15 PCs, and the working capacity is 4 cycle per hour.
Our Solution:
a. The cake moisture is 9~10%, so the filter press shall be considered with the air drying function for make the moisture as low as we can
b. The capacity is 4 cycle per hour required. Because the filter press needs more time for drying the cake by compressed air. In order to up to this capacity, we choose the 1.5*1.5m and 29 plates. And it is a quick open model (one time open 3 PCs plates). It is estimated 2 cycle working in one hour.
c. the slurry PH is 11~12, it has a certain corrosiveness. So all the parts contact with the slurry will adopt anti crossive material for make the filtration system will be long life
d. we supply the whole filtration system: slurry agitation tank, filter press feeding pump, Automatic Filter Press, air compressor, air storage tank, etc.
