Vibration Mill is mainly for fine and ultrafine grinding. Wear resistant liners are installed inside the cylinder body of the mill. The material of the liners can be wear resistant steel, ceramic or polymer material.

3. for grinding high purity quartz filler

adopting the quartz balls as grinding media, the SiO2 content is 99.9%, FeO is less than 20ppm, Al2O3 less than 200ppm. The output product size is 3-4 um, the max product size is less than 26 um. The finished product could be adopted for paint, electronics, led, glue, etc.

Under liquid nitrogen condition, use dry ice or water ball as grinding media can obtain namometer sulfur in dry powder or sulfur slurry.
