we have designed a 100t per day small scale CIP/CIL plant for our africa client. It will process 100t gold ore per day.
This plant include 2 stage of crushing, 2 stage of grinding, thickener, leaching and absorption tank, loaded carbon elution and pregnent solution electrowinning system. Also the furnace for casting the gold mud to be gold ingot.
By this plant, the client will make the gold ore to be gold ingot. It perfectly embodies the application of hydrometallurgy technology in gold extraction industry.
This plant is featured with low investment cost, but high efficient working. The follow picture shows the layout drawing. In order to construct this plant, it needs 122m length and 36.5m width field.

During we negociate with our africa client, there are some usual questions to be asked. So we make it the follow FAQ for your reference.
1, Do you supply the civil works drawing for the plant?
yes. we will supply it for free
2, what is the lead time for equipment production?
30~40 days working days
3, Will you send engineers to the mining site for guiding the installation and trainning job. And how about the engeer’s fee?
yes. If the Buyer needs us to send engineers to guide the installation and trainning, the Buyer shall pay the salary, travel expenses and accommodation expenses for the seller’s engineers.
4. Number of English speaking engineers from you available for construction on site and training.
If you have your own welding workers, we only send 1 chief engineer and 1 translater for guide your workers working.
If you also want our factory to send some workers to your site for welding, it is also OK.
