we are doing the commissioning for the complete pilot flotation plant. It is a European Union project for research mineral concentration by froth flotation method.
The whole plant will process 3~5 kg ore per hour. It includes 2 stage of ball mills, 4 stages of flotation, and concentration and tailing dewatering. And the flow connection by the peristaltic pump, which could adjust and display the flow rate of the slurry
The flow process could be easily adjusted.
It is a good tool for simulate the industrial scale of flotation plant.
