This electrochemistry system is composed of Electrolytic or Electrowinning cell, rectifier power , circulation tank, circulation pump, control system, etc. In the Electrolytic or Electrowinning cell , we supply anode (2 copper rods for hanging anode plates, 2 titanium frames and 2 titanium plates ), and 3 titanium plates as cathode.

Function description: could meet the Electrolytic/ Electrowinning test of Non-ferrous metals in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, cyanide, chlorination, ammonia, sodium hydroxide and other solution systems. It can adjust the electrolytic voltage, current, temperature, electrolyte circulation speed, anodes and cathodes spacing, current density, etc., adopting the touch screen control operation, electrolytic data can be output to the computer.

The electrolyte used for electrolytic refining is sulfuric acid aqueous solution containing copper sulfate. This solution has good conductivity, low volatility, and relatively stable, so that the electrolysis process can be carried out at a higher temperature and acidity. In addition, the decomposition voltage of copper sulfate is low, arsenic, antimony, lead, etc., can generate insoluble compounds in sulfuric acid solution, so the impact of impurities on the quality of the cathode is relatively small, and precious metals can also be completely separated in sulfuric acid solution. All these make sulfuric acid solution as copper electrolyte, compared with other solutions such as hydrochloric acid solution, nitric acid solution, ammonia salt solution and so on, have greater advantages. Generally containing copper 40 ~ 50g/L, containing free sulfuric acid 180 ~ 210g/L.
