Our company provided all the equipment for this project, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, belt conveyors, ball mills, hydrocyclones, thickeners, leaching tanks, roots blowers, and slurry pumps, along with matching hoppers, cables, and electrical control systems. To facilitate operation for the client, we also supplied the grinding steel balls and corresponding spare parts for the ball mill.

To ensure convenient installation, we dispatched eight engineers to the client’s site to help the installation of the entire processing line.

The key features of this production line are as follows:

1,Two-Stage Crushing Circuit: The primary crushing stage utilizes a standard jaw crusher, while the secondary stage employs a hydraulic cone crusher. The hydraulic cone crusher operates in a closed circuit with a vibrating screen. Its discharged opening can be adjusted rapidly, allowing precise control over the ore particle size fed into the ball mill.

2,Two-Stage Closed-Circuit Grinding: This section ensures the complete liberation of gold from the host rock, creating optimal conditions for the leaching stage and achieving a high gold recovery rate. The primary grinding stage consists of a grate ball mill (2.1m in diameter and 3.6m in length) operating in a closed circuit with a spiral classifier. The secondary grinding stage features an overflow ball mill (2.1m in diameter and 4m in length) operating in a closed circuit with hydrocyclones.                                                                                              primary grinding stage                                                                                    secondary grinding stage

3, Central and Peripheral Aeration in Leaching Tanks: The leaching tanks are aerated simultaneously from the center and the periphery. This provides sufficient oxygen for the slurry, ensuring thorough leaching while preventing the settling of mineral particles at the bottom of the tanks, thereby improving both the gold leaching and overall recovery rates.

4,Pre-fabricated Modular Structure for Easy Transport and Installation: To facilitate transportation and assembly, the fine ore bin prior to the ball mill, as well as the tanks for the thickener and leaching tanks, are pre-fabricated as panel structures in our factory. Upon arrival at the client’s mine site, these panels are rapidly assembled using bolts. 5,Integrated Gravity Separation Equipment: The processing line is also equipped with gravity separation equipment, such as jigger and shaking tables. This allows for the effective and early recovery of coarse gold particles, enabling the client to generate economic returns in a shorter timeframe and alleviating capital investment pressure.

6,The follow images below shows the careful packaging and reasonable packaging plan for each device when shipping, which reduces the overall volume of the shipment and saves a lot of transport fee.
