Application Scope
It is applicable to laboratory sample preparation and small-batch crushing of hard and brittle materials including various ores, coal samples, coke and building materials. Widely used in sample crushing laboratories of geology, metallurgy, coal, chemical and other industries, it can provide samples with uniform particle size and stable composition for subsequent laboratory analysis and mineral processing tests.
Core Advantages
Minimum discharge size down to 1mm, uniform and controllable particle size
Different from ordinary coarse jaw crushers, this machine can achieve fine crushing of lump materials to the required fine particle size for laboratory use. It features high qualified fine material rate and stable screening performance, greatly reduces repeated crushing processes, avoids sample composition segregation, and ensures accurate laboratory test data.
Excellent adaptability to hard and brittle materials, anti-spattering and anti-blocking
The crushing chamber is specially optimized for hard and brittle materials. It reduces impact from tooth tips to prevent sudden material splashing out, ensuring higher safety. The smooth working surface resists material blocking, reduces the risk of blockage and overload shutdown, and guarantees continuous operation.
High efficiency and low energy consumption
Fully enclosed structure with little dust leakage, low noise and low power consumption, suitable for long-term continuous laboratory operation. Compact structure with small floor space, easy feeding, cleaning and maintenance, perfectly adapting to limited laboratory space.
Stable operation and low maintenance cost
Uniform crushing force distribution, low vibration and low failure rate. Vulnerable parts have high utilization rate and can be reused by reversing, greatly reducing spare parts replacement frequency and long-term operating cost.
Advantages of Flat Jaw Plates (Compared with Toothed Jaw Plates)

Good particle shape, less over-crushing, more stable 1mm fine crushing effectFlat jaw plates adopt pure extrusion crushing instead of splitting crushing. The finished product is close to cubic shape with fewer needle-flake particles and low fine powder content. It can stably control discharge particle size at the target 1mm, avoiding inaccurate laboratory results caused by uneven particle size distribution.

1.Friendly crushing for hard and brittle materials, higher safety and operation continuityNo stress concentration at tooth tips, effectively preventing material splashing caused by impact during crushing hard and brittle materials. Smooth surface resists blocking, reduces overload shutdown, and has excellent adaptability to highly brittle materials.
2.Longer service life under fine crushing conditions and lower maintenance costTooth tips of toothed jaw plates wear rapidly under fine crushing conditions, resulting in gradually coarser discharge particle size. Flat jaw plates wear evenly on the whole working surface, with service life 30%-50% longer than toothed jaw plates, lower spare parts cost and less maintenance frequency.
3.Suitable for small-gap crushing chamber with controllable reduction ratioMatched with small-gap crushing chamber of fine crushing model (minimum discharge size down to 1mm), hard and brittle materials can reach target particle size after multiple extrusions. Uniform crushing force prevents equipment vibration and frame wear caused by uneven local stress, suitable for long-time continuous operation.

Note
Flat jaw plates have lower splitting and biting capacity than toothed jaw plates. They are not suitable for large lump materials and high-toughness materials (such as steel slag and viscous ores), but fully adaptable to hard and brittle materials.
