The laboratory continuous flotation plant integrates crushing, grinding, pulp conditioning, and continuous flotation into a complete process system. This system accurately replicates industrial mineral processing conditions, enabling professional testing for ore separation studies, reagent regime optimization, process debugging, and new technology validation.
It provides mining enterprises with precise, reliable experimental data and customized technical solutions, supporting efficient resource recovery and cost reduction to achieve improved operational efficiency.
The core of the laboratory continuous flotation plant is a 10-cell small-scale flotation machine, grouped in 2 cells. The number of stages for roughing, scavenging, and cleaning can be flexibly selected according to experimental requirements and design.
As the above video shows, we are conducting flotation experiments to extract copper and gold minerals from ore.
The original ore contains 1.5 grams of gold per ton and 0.9% copper. The flotation concentrate yields 46 grams of gold per ton and 24% copper, while the tailings contains 0.12 grams of gold per ton and 0.08% copper. These results demonstrate that the laboratory continuous flotation plant achieves excellent flotation performance.
