We have to take care for producing top quality product by considering the raw material, the welding method, the parts processing and treatment method, the lubrication method, the motor and reducer brand, the bearing and motor temperature monitor device and the maintenance, etc.
The follow is an example of a ball mill (diameter 3200mm, and length 5400mm) we produced for a gold mining in africa.
1, Drum part: Made of high-quality carbon steel plate, material Q420MD, with a plate thickness of 32mm. The drum body welding is carried out by automatic submerged arc welding, with the welding wire model being H08A, ensuring that the mechanical properties are not lower than those of the base material. The weld seams are subject to flaw detection inspection. The drum is processed by a lathe to ensure the coaxiality of the processing.
2, Large gear: It adopts helical gear form, made of ZG42CrMo, and undergoes flaw detection. The hardness of the working surface is not less than HB170~180.
3, Pinion: Integrated gear shaft, made of 40Cr forging, with a surface hardness of HB190 on the tooth top circle
The large and small gears are lubricated by intermittent grease spray, refer to the follow video
4, The main bearing adopts self-aligning roller rolling bearings. A bearing temperature sensor is installed at the bearing housing to monitor the bearing temperature.
Lubrication of each bearing is achieved using lithium-based grease. It is equipped with an electric grease addition pump, which can add grease in a timed and quantitative manner.
5, Ball mill end cover: Material is ZG310-570
6, Wear liners: Material is rubber liners;
7, Matching motor model: YSPKK560-8-800kW-6000V-IP54,740r/min , ABB or WEG brand, the electrical cabinet is made by our factory, and the starting method is variable frequency starting.
The ball mill adopts a high-voltage squirrel-cage asynchronous motor (with a voltage of 6KV, 50HZ, and 3 phases). The motor is equipped with bearing temperature measurement elements and stator temperature measurement elements
8, The model of reducer is MBY630-i=4. Manufacturer: GUOMAO, China
9, The feeding device adopts a drum feeder, with the material being carbon steel welded parts + feeding iron lining, made of ZG45# steel
10 ,The discharge device adopts a discharge grate plate made of ZGMn13+ and the iron lining material is ZG45# steel. Or adopting overflow discharging manner according to ore gridning demamd.
11, The Ball Mill is equipped with a slow-speed drive device for maintenance use.
12, It is equipped with a ball mill drum lifting bracket for maintenance use.
