The extractant and the material liquid enter the submerged chamber or the bushing tube from the bottom of the extraction tank in a certain proportion, and are pumped to the mixing chamber and shear mixed and dispersed by the wheeled stirring paddle. At this time, the two-phase liquid is fully mixed, so that the solute is transferred from one phase liquid to another phase liquid, thus completing the mixed mass transfer process.

3. Separation process

The mixture flows from the mixing chamber to the settling chamber. Due to the different density of the two phases, the separation of the two phases is completed under the action of gravity, and the two phases of the separated liquid flow out or enter the next level through the light and heavy phase weir respectively
