pilot continuous flotation plant is designed by ZJH minerals.
The gridning part is a 420x450mm ball mill working with a spiral classifier. The overflow from the spiral classifier flows into the agitation tanks before the rougher flotation cell. The peristaltic pump will dose the reagent to the agitation tank. After slurry conditioning, it will flows into the rougher flotation cell ( 1 bank of 12L x 2 cells ). after the rougher flotation cell, there are 4 banks of scavenger flotation (12Lx2 cells). These pilot flotation cells is featured with air inflation adjustment, and could absorb the slurry by itself. By which it do not need the slurry or foam pump. And the tanks of the cell is made of stainless steel for long life span.
