Pilot gold concentration plant by shaking table

Pilot gold concentration plant includes batch ball mill (diameter 400×600), 40L agitation tanks, pilot centrifugal concentrator and shaking table.

The ball mill will grind the gold ore to be powder in proper size. The agitaion tank will be make the ore powder to be slurry. First the gold ore slurry will enter into the pilot centrifugal concentrator, which will seperate the coarse gold. the tailings from the centrifugal concentrator will enter into a shaking table for recycling the find gold.

by this process, the gold will be concentrated in high rate.
