1. 1. Application of Agglomeration Drum
      Agglomeration drum is also known as Rotary drum agglomerator, rotary granulator. It is mainly applied for the gold ore fines agglomeration for heap leaching. It could also for the agglomeration of other ore fines, like silver, copper. It is featured with high capacity than other kind of pelletizing machine. The drum of Agglomeration drum is drive by gear. The liners could be special rubber or stainless steel according to the customer’s requirements. It realizes auto scar removal and de-tumor instead of traditional drawknife equipment. This machine has the characteristics of high agglomeration strength, high appearance, good corrosion and wear resistance, low energy consumption, long service life and convenient operation and maintenance.]

3. 3. The heap leaching process
   The clay and slime material in the ore directly affects the gold leaching speed and leaching rate. Agglomeration technology is the most effective way to deal with high mud content of gold ore. It is even applied for gold ores that are not very high in mud. The main purpose is to shorten leaching cycle and increase production efficiency by agglomeration. At present, heap leaching agglomeration technology have been applied for the ores of lateritic gold deposit, altered rock type, Muddy breccia type, Gossan type and tailings.
   The raw ore is transported to the crushing hopper by truck, after crushing by the 2 stage jaw crusher or cone crusher, the ore size will be less than 25mm, making stock pile for agglomeration. The wheel loader transport the crushed ore to the rotary agglomerator hopper by a belt conveyor B650 to the ￠1450×8000 rotary agglomerator, adding cement and water for agglomeration. The capacity of the rotary agglomerator is 1000 ton per day. The granulation material will be pile by the wheel loader, after 7 days solidification, trickling by the tube. When the backflow of pregnant solution in the storage yard is stabilized, the carbon adsorption column can be activated, and the gold laden carbon can be discharged regularly. After the analysis, the gold mud laden can be obtained after the gold laden carbon desorption and gold can be obtained when the gold mud is smelted.
