Centrifuge Thickening and Dewatering Machine in Pilot Scale

Centrifuge Thickening and Dewatering Machine, also called Decanter Centrifuge, is a device for separating suspension by centrifugal sedimentation principle. It is a new equipment for dewaterring tailings and concentration in mining and mineral processing plants. It is featured with compact structure and small footprint, high capacity compared with tranditional filter press.

All kinds of suspensions with equivalent diameter of solid particles =3um, weight concentration ratio: 10% or volume concentration ratio = 70%, liquid-solid specific gravity difference: 0.05g/cm3 are suitable for liquid-solid separation or particle classification by this type of centrifuge. It can be widely used in mineral processing, chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries.

Structural features:

1, drum and other main parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel;

2, the feed screw adopts special anti-wear measures, can spray welding cemented carbide protective layer or insert cemented carbide resistance sheet;

3, large length-diameter ratio, high speed. The structure of the drum cone with various angles;

4, can choose heavy load, large transmission ratio cycloidal pin wheel, planetary gear or hydraulic differential;

5, the difference speed and torque can be automatically adjusted with the material concentration, flow changes of the microcomputer control system;

6. The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge with BD plate can concentrate, dewatering and separate materials that are difficult to separate from various initial sedimentation and activated sludge in different proportions.
