Colloid Mills

KJM series colloid mills are a fine processing machine for fluid materials. The machine has good ultrafine grinding, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing and other effects. The gap between grinding heads can be adjusted according to the requirements of materials. The particle size of the material after processing can reach 2 ~ 150 microns, homogenization of more than 90%, it integrates the performance of the ball mill, three-roll machine, blender, homogenizing machine and other machinery, higher efficiency. Widely used in food, medicine, chemical, light industry, plastics, daily chemical industry and many other industries.

1. Working principle

Through relative motion of different geometric shapes of the stator and rotor at high speed rotating, making the feeding material under the action of gravity, pressure and and centrifugal force, suffering powerful force of shear, impact, friction, high frequency shaking force and resultant force by passing the circle type of variable gap , which makes the material dispersing, crushing, mixing, homogeneous, emulsification and reach the ideal state.

2. Structural features:

• The whole machine adopts stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and non-toxic side effects.
