The continuous ball mill is designed in laboratory and pilot scale for dry grinding. This Continuous ball mill system includes the hopper, screw feeder (the feeding speed could be adjusted), ball mill, discharding chute, support frame, high chrome grinding balls, control panel.
It is suitable for grinding slag, fly ash, limestone, talc, dolomite, refractory, cement, metal ore, etc.

the length and diameter ratio is 2:1, it is suitable for fine grinding, like 325 mesh finished product discharge.
Configuration:
It could be equipped with a round vibrating screen and spiral conveyor for closed ciruit working. The vibrating screen could seperate the coarse size and return to the ball mill hopper by the spiral conveyor .
The vibrating screen and spiral conveyor is made of stainless steel for long life time.
control panel adopted the frequency changer, could be adapted to the client’s voltage (single phase or 3 phase)
Heavy Duty design
the drum of ball mill is a seamless steel pipe, the wall thickness is up to 20mm. In the drum are equipped with lifting bar more lfting the grinding balls for perfect grinding effect.
and the 2 support ends adopt reinforced plate welding, making the support more fix and strong.
