Dry Stack Tailings is mainly used for ore dressing plant to do tailings thickenning, dewaterring and filtration to achieve the purpose of tailings dry stacking, so as to avoid environmental pollution. It is the preferred process for implementing green mine.

Technological process

After the tailings are concentrated by the hydrocyclone, the bottom flow enters into the high-frequency vibration dewaterring screen, which can make the tailing water content within 16%. The fine particles under the dewaterring screen and the overflow from the hydrocyclone are usually dewaterring by the thickener and filter press, so as to achieve the purpose of tailing dry discharge and dry stacking.

Technology advantages

1.The dewatering effect of tailings is good
The application of three patented dewaterring equipment  in turn: hydrocyclone + high efficiency thickener + high efficiency multi-frequency screen, so that the final concentration of more than 85%, to achieve dry discharge.

The unique equipment combination of tailings dry discharge process makes the equipment investment and civil construction investment low,  the energy consumption is low, the service life is greatly extended, and the operation cost is further reduced.
