Gold Leaching Tank

ZJH minerals Gold leaching tanks are applied for gold leaching extraction by flotation & cyanidation, CIL or CIP method.  Our leaching tank is suitable for gold ore pulp leaching and absorption with specific graity of 1.4, particle size of P90 less than 0.074mm, density less than 45%.

Application of Gold leaching tanks

• Flotation and cyanidation. Sulfide gold ores with low silt content, the gold is easy for concentration by flotation method first. Then the gold concentration will enter into the leaching tanks for cyanide leaching. The advantages of Flotation and cyanidation: low consuming cyanide, low invest cost.
• CIP (carbon in pulp) The grinding ores will enter into the mining thickener, then the thicking ore slurry will enter into the leaching agitation tanks by cyanide leaching; the extractum will enter into the absorption tanks with active carbon.
• CIL (carbon in leaching). The gold is a simultaneous leach and absorption process in the leaching tanks.
