I. Application and Structure
Lab agitator or Agitating tank is suitable for labs in industries to wet agitate slurry materials, allowing ore particles to suspend and to fully contact with reagent before being mixed evenly and creating conditions for separating operation. Leaching tank is used for wet leaching agitation with central aeration, stepless adjustment of inverter and other features.
XJT (XDT) laboratory agitating and leaching tank applies to the agitation of various kinds of slurry before flotation, to allow thorough mixing of reagent and slurry. It can also be used for mechanical agitation in industries such as chemicals and environmental protection.
Applicable scope of agitating and leaching tank: concentration – not larger than 45% (by weight); granular size of solid content – less than 1mm.

3. Installation and Adjustment Method
Transport: The mixing tank can be shipped as a whole according to requirement of users. The equipment shall be vertical and the main shaft shall be prevented from inclination.
Installation: During installation of the tank, keep the main shaft vertical to the horizontal plane and can be adjusted by adding or reducing cushion block at the supporting position. Then tighten the bolts.
Feeding: Installed by users as appropriate.
Commissioning: Check whether fasteners of the tank are secure. Check each lubrication point and fill lubrication oil as required. Check whether the enclosure of electrical appliances is grounded reliably. Add water into the tank to immerse the baffle. It is absolutely not allowed to perform no-load trial run of the main shaft. After 2 hours of trial run, the tank shall works stably and its temperature rise shall not be greater than 40~45°. And there shall be no water or oil leakage.
