1. Description

XMQS series vacuum ball mill with sieve adopting the integrated design of ball mill and screen, grinding and sieving works at same time in the drum of the ball mill, the material grinded into the expecting size will be discharged after sieving, the coarse material not passing the sieve will go back into the ball mill drum and grinding again. The special structure designing, good sealing performance, less over grinding, narrow particle size distribution, no powder pollution, with good environmental protection function. The combination of high grade sealed grinding system with the vacuum pump, up to -0.09~0.1 Mpa vacuum degree. It is very suitable for the processing for rare earth, NdFeB，Hydrogen storage alloys for Nickel-Metal Hydride Batteries on the processing requirements of anti-oxidation, anti-explosion.
