Working Principle:
When the equipment starts, electric motor drives sun wheel of the instrument rotation,the grinding jars on the sun wheel will do reverse autorotation. The grinding ball, sample, by the revolution of the sun wheel and reverse autorotation of the movement of grinding jar, at the same time is affected by the rotation of the coriolis force superposition, grinding ball produce large amounts of kinetic energy, grinding ball  and the sample run along a different moving path, produced a strong impact and friction  combination force so as to achieve highly efficient grinding and crushing effect.

(1) with electronic monitoring device, motor overload automatically stops
(2) planet wheel adopts double locking method: high pressure enters the groove and then the bottom screw cap is              locked. No matter how big the input ability is, it cannot be disconnected,  avoiding accidents happen.
(3) the lifting cover is equipped with an electronic lock, which is safe and reliable. The ball mill cannot operate          when the hatch door is opened.
(4) the ball grinding tank fixed handle is equipped with anti-retro-gear design, which can not loosen the handle even       if running at high speed.When unloading the tank, only need to lift unloading valve.  The ball mill can be easily       removed.
