Several Questions on 2tph flotation plant for fluorite

I am looking for a complete pilot flotation plant for fluorite, including crushing, milling, classification, conditioning, flotation x7, thickening, filtration, pumps and reagents. Capacity 2tph.

1, How is the mill feed rate determined? 

We have offered a feeder with a VSD control , by which we could adjust the feed rate. But if you like to weighing the feed ore per hour, we could change the feeder to be a Weighing belt scale for setting the feeding rate is 2t/h.

2, How is the flotation cell level and air flow rate measured and controlled?

we have offered you  mechanical agitation flotation machine.  Mechanical agitation flotation machine has three functions in each cell: Air suction, slurry suction and flotation. It forms its own flotation circuit and does not require any auxiliary equipment. It is horizontally configured, which is convenient for flotation process changes. The mechanical agitation flotation machine is driven by an electric motor and a V-belt to rotate the impeller, generating a centrifugal force to create negative pressure. On the one hand, it sucks in sufficient air to mix with the pulp; on the other hand, it stirs the pulp to mix with the reagent, and at the same time refines the foam, causing the minerals to adhere to the foam and float to the pulp surface to form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate plate to control the liquid level so that the useful foam can be scraped out by the scraper.

As you know, we also have a lot of Fluorite mine. we have several project case adopted mechanical agitation flotation machine. It is working well for Fluorite concentration. It is usually do not need the man to adjust the air suction rate.

3. Do you have pictures of the filter press for froth concentration and tailings dewatering?

4, How many people required to run the plant? 

at least 4 people to take care the plant.

5, What spares do you provide? 

with the plant, we will supply you some spare motor for flotation cell and some v belt for the equipment, for filter press we will supply you some plate handle etc for emergency in case.

6. How is the slurry concentrate delivered to the next flotation cell without pumps? 

There are 2 or 3 open on the tank connect with the impeller. The mechanical agitation flotation machine is driven by an electric motor and a V-belt to rotate the impeller, generating a centrifugal force to create negative pressure. The negative pressure will absorb the slurry concentrate to the next cell.
