The capacity of small and pilot CIP plant is 10t or 50t per day. It will process 10t or 50t gold ore per day. The advantage is low cost, heavy duty and easy operation.
It is a standard CIP plant. The whole plant includes the process of 2 stages of crushing, 2 stages of grinding and classification–spiral classfier and hydrocyclone, thickener, 8 sets of leaching tanks, reagent agitation tanks, loaded carbon elution and electrowinning system.
