ZJH minerals help client design and install a small flotation plant for concentrating the lead and zinc minerals from the ore.
This plant could process 200~300kg/h raw ore. The mass pull of the lead zinc minerals is 15%.
The ball mill adopted 600x1200mm grate ball mill. It is worked with a spiral classifier for a closed grinding circuit. For the flotation stage, there are one bank of rougher (40Lx4 cells), scavenger flotation is 4 banks. first scavenger is 40Lx4 cells, second scavenger is 40Lx 3 cells, third scavenger is 40Lx3 cells, fourth scavenger is 40Lx2 cells. The contration from the first scavenger will enter into 2 cells of 40L cells for cleaner. There are also 3 banks of cleaner flotation. first cleaner is 40Lx3 cells, second cleaner is 40Lx2 cells, third cleaner is 40Lx 1 cells. There are totally 24 cells of 40L. By the same volume of one cells, it will save the stock quantity of spare parts and saving the operation cost.
It is a good demonstration plant before constructing the big scale of industrial flotation plant.
