Equipped with a well-known brand motor and a high-performance hydraulic pump set, it delivers smooth and powerful output. Compared to traditional mechanical transmission, this hydraulic system operates with lower noise and comes with built-in overload protection. Even if the slurry concentration fluctuates suddenly, it can automatically adjust the pressure to eliminate the risk of motor burnout, with extremely low maintenance costs.

2. Efficient Sedimentation Assurance: Zigzag Rake Frame
The rake teeth are cut from thick steel plate with a unique sawtooth edge design. This design significantly increases the agitation area for bottom sediment materials, preventing material from caking or forming dead zones. Whether handling fine mud or heavy sand, it ensures smooth bottom discharge and improves concentration efficiency.

3. Rigid support system: Heavy-duty central columns and trusses
The center drive shaft is made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe and is connected to the bottom of the reinforced truss base. This is the “spine” of the thickener. The thickened steel ensures the stability of the equipment during full-load operation, does not deform during long-term operation, and greatly extends the service life of the equipment.

All side panels of the tank bodies are precisely cold-formed on large roll forming machines with uniform curvature. 5. Improved Serrated Overflow Weir
The top overflow weir features an improved serrated design with extremely high processing precision and levelness. Traditional overflow weirs are prone to localized water flow “suction” due to non-levelness, causing fine particles to be swept into the clear water. Our serrated overflow weir ensures that the clear water overflows from the pool extremely evenly and smoothly, fundamentally eliminating coarse water runoff and ensuring that the discharged overflow water is clear and transparent, maximizing your recovery rate.

Specifications and Applicable Scenarios
The two standard models currently in stock can meet the needs of most small and medium-sized projects:
9-meter Dense Medium Machine (NSZ-9): With a daily processing capacity of approximately 800 to 1,200 tons, it is suitable for small gold mines, copper mine concentrators, small coal washing plants, and sludge thickening in municipal wastewater treatment plants, among other applications.
12-meter dense machine (NSZ-12): Daily processing capacity of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 tons, suitable for medium-sized iron ore, lead-zinc ore flotation workshops, catalyst recovery in the chemical industry, and industrial wastewater heavy metal precipitation scenarios.

Steel structure design, easy and efficient installation
To reduce civil engineering costs and shorten the construction period, the structural design of this batch of dense machines has been optimized:
- Unreinforced foundation: The equipment uses a steel support system with high-strength steel welded legs, eliminating the need for on-site casting of large concrete foundations. Installation only requires a leveled site and pre-embedded anchor bolts, reducing the foundation construction period to be 3 to 5 days.
- Modular Assembly: The tank body is prefabricated in the factory using standardized steel components, and can be assembled on-site by bolting together, avoiding delays in construction schedule and quality risks caused by on-site welding.
