1 Ton of 30mm Grinding Balls, Used as Grinding Media for Vertical Stirred Ball Mills.Driven by a spiral agitator, grinding media (such as steel balls) perform multi-dimensional motion in the grinding chamber, exerting combined effects of grinding, impact, and shearing on materials to achieve high-efficiency fine grinding.
Precautions
1.Steel balls should be added gradually in small quantities each time to ensure stable operation
2.If slurry temperature is too high or flow is too low, which may cause overheating, adjust flow or add clean water.
3.During ore blending, it is forbidden to feed large iron blocks, iron wires or other foreign matters into the equipment, otherwise it will badly affect the grinding process.
4.Maximum feed size can be determined according to material properties.Product fineness can be adjusted between 2μm and 100μm.Single machine output is greatly related to feed size, density and product fineness.Recommended slurry concentration: 30%–40%.
5.Clean and tidy the equipment after each operation, and record operation status in detail.
6.Check the inner lining regularly to avoid cylinder damage.
7.Remove transportation supports after equipment is fixed on the foundation.Lubricate the machine before startup.Use lithium-based grease for transmission parts; lubricate the reducer according to its manual.
