In the big flotation reconstruction period, a flotation plant in Europe are replacing all old equipment. They need now to find adequate flotation reagents and dosing peristaltic pumps as well.
According to the demand, ZJH minerals supply the 3 channel peristaltic pump for pump the flotation reagent. The aimed flow is 300ml/min for per channel. We make it in precious way for reduce the flow error per channel in order to the reagent dosing more accurate.
In order to make the reagent dosing peristaltic pump more easy for operation, we equipped it with:
1. Foot switch
2. All pumps must have frequency control,
3. You could the pump by PLC, supporting RS485 communication protocol, DB15 connection open
